Business Enterprise Manager
Business Event Manager [BEM], is an internal application of International Financial Corporation
[IFC] of the World Bank Groups. The application process and account for all IFCs transactions, used
by the business users.
IFC has an existing BEM application and we upgraded it in two phases. Phase one is User Experience
Designing and phase two was converting the design into a working application using the latest
version of Angular. The upgrade project includes design modification of the existing system,
technologies upgrade, performance enhancement, responsive design implementation, updated Information

Discoveries
Research Goals- Determine the painpoints of the exisiting app.
- Get a feel for what client's tastes are like in order to create a information architecture.
- Determine what will motivate people to stick with using these apps.
Early Research
Building from all of the research we did and the contextual interviews we conducted, I created low-fi sketches within Axure in order to bring some vision to the features of the apllication. This helped us to determine the application's information architecture. View the full sketch.

Navigation Flow
Low Fidelity Wireframes
These low fidelity wireframes take everything up to this point and organizes the information architecture into something more visual. I used the card sorting and the site map artifacts to help with this task to map out the main screens. I started with the desktop version. The numbers show annotations where interactions that are not obvious require some explanation. View the full size low fidelity wireframes.

Prototypes
After finishing the design,we updated the look and feel along with my low fi mockups to put together the high fidelity mockups you see here. These are just a few sample screens. Interact with the prototype.
